Where do treatments take place? Is there parking?
My home studio is at Winkel 8, 06268 Oechlitz (part of Mücheln). Massages take place on the ground floor – there are three steps up to the entrance and no ramp, so unfortunately it isn't wheelchair accessible. Coaching sessions are on the first floor, one flight up. Free parking is available right in the courtyard or on the street.
When can I get an appointment?
I'm generally available daily from 10am to 6pm. Other times are possible by arrangement — just send me a message.
How can I pay?
Cash, bank transfer, or PayPal — whichever suits you best.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to the day before. Same-day cancellations are only possible in exceptional cases — please get in touch as early as you can.
Does health insurance cover the cost?
No, my services aren't covered by health insurance and are billed as a private service.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, vouchers for any treatment or amount are available on request — a lovely gift.
Is there anything I should mention before my treatment?
Please tell me about any relevant health conditions before your appointment — for example pregnancy, acute illness, cardiovascular issues, allergies, or recent surgery. That way I can safely tailor the treatment to you.
Is the Vitori Crystal Mat suitable for everyone?
Because of its pulsed magnetic field therapy, the Vitori Crystal Mat isn't suitable if you have a pacemaker or other electronic implants, are pregnant, or have epilepsy. Please let me know beforehand if any of these apply to you.
